1.The machine can’t be washed with water, If you don’t use it for a long time, please apply edible oil for storage.

2.Wipe the surface of the machine with a towel before use, and then repeatedly press some dough for several times (to remove the factory maintenance oil, clean the surface roller, surface knife)

3.Usage skill: make the dough harder. When pressing, sprinkle some flour to avoid adhesion.

4.After use, use a brush to clean the surface of the machine. If there is a small amount of dough adhesion, use a toothpick to clean it first, or wait until the surface is dry, and then shake the handle to fall.
