Instructions for use
1. Place the noodle press on the edge of the table, fasten it with a clip. Add water to the flour (5:2), and put some salt in the water. If you make egg noodles, put the egg in Reconcile in the basin.
2.Cut the mixed dough into slices (about 10 mm), sprinkle some dry flour. Put it into the noodle roller, and shake it with the handle.
3.To use the dough knobs in order, use 1-5 for pressing noodles, and 1-6 for pressing wonton wraps.
4. The machine is equipped with thick and thin noodle knives, which can be selected at will. Shake the handle clockwise to press the noodles all the time. Do not rotate counterclockwise to prevent damage to the sliver knife.
5. The width of the dough is 155 mm, and the dough can be folded and folded to make wonton.
